She has a great background in the telemarketing industry and she hires her staff in the same image. Her group has been especially effective in my market. The Pittsburgh area is a touch sale to begin with, and t is especially difficult on the phone. Her staff has supplied me with quality leads and my sales have shown that. My cost of sales generates by her staff always falls around 10% and sometimes lower, when I’m really on my game. My closing ratio on her leads falls between 30% to 40% again depending on how well I prepare and handle the call. None of her leads sell themselves but they know mostly why I’m there, what my name is, what I’m looking to talk about and they are giving me some time to talk about it. That, I feel is all I need and if I’m on and prepared I can 30% to 40% of the time walk away with some type of Client.
